Booking Policy
Booking & Payments
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 48
hours prior to your shoot or event. Bookings are confirmed only once payment reflects. We are unable to provide coverage
without full payment received.
Coverage & Time
All BTS bookings are charged per hour or per day, depending on your selected package.
- Wedding and BTS coverage must be booked in even-numbered hours (2, 4, 6, etc.).
- Coverage time begins upon our arrival on site and concludes when we depart.
Any extensions requested on the day are subject to availability and additional fees.
What BTS Content Includes
Our BTS service focuses on real, in-the-moment storytelling, captured vertically and optimised for social platforms.
This includes:
Short-form video clips
Behind-the-scenes moments
Real-time storytelling content
Please note: BTS content is designed to complement - not replace - professional photography or videography.
Editing & Delivery
Our standard delivery timeline is within 48 hours after your shoot or event.
For clients who require faster turnaround, expedited edits are available as an add-on, offering delivery within 12-24 hours,
depending on the scope of coverage.
Revisions
Each booking includes two rounds of minor revisions
Additional revision rounds are available at an extra cost. Major creative changes requeste after delivery are not include
Content Usage
By booking Aisle Files, clients grant permission for the content created to be used for:
• Portfolio and website, Social media, Marketing and promotional purposes.
Clients are free to use their content across social media platforms. Content may not be sold, licensed or shared with third parties without written consent.
On-Site Experience
We ask that clients ensure:
A safe and respectful working environment
Reasonable access to key moments and spaces
We are not responsible for missed moments due to restricted access, delays, or changes beyond our control
